Violet flinches back at Jacob's harsh tone a look of terror crosses her face before lowering her head her eyes cast on the table. "I'm sorry." She says her voice low. Here she was hoping that she was about to make a couple of friends but one misspoken sentence and she had already pissed off one of them. "I didn't mean to cause trouble or anything, I just was asking." She gives a slight sigh blinking a few times to keep herself from crying before gathering up her stuff "I'll leave you two alone." She says as she makes to get up and leave.

Venrosh blinks and reaches across Jacob to place her hand on Violet's shoulder, she smiles to Violet. At this point the right side of Jacobs face and his ear is now being softly caressed by Venrosh's silk blouse and the ever slight touch of her cleavage, his ear now touching the soft fur of her neck. Venrosh smiles to Violet " Nay...tis was a simple misunderstanding, please stay my friends please. I am sure Jacob tis not mad at such a small thing between friends."

Julie looked at the messages on her phone and nodded to Lexy.
"Hey, Casey, she'd like to talk to you with text on your phone, if you have one," Julie said and smiled wide, happy to be making friends and to be helping someone else make friends. She types on her phone to Lexy.
'She asked me a lot of things. She's kind of hyper. Her name is Casey. She as asking about this thing around my neck and was asking me what Norwegians sound like. Oh, I haven't told you yet, I think? I'm from Norway. Are you familiar with it?'

[Lunch]
The instant Jacob realized that he'd inadvertently upset Violet, all of his exasperation vanished in an instant. He looked horrified with himself for a brief moment, ears dropping in shame before swiftly springing up again as the cross-breed announced her decision to leave. He opened his mouth to speak, to reassure the girl that this was merely another misunderstanding, but he struggled to approach the subject verbally. Luckily for him though, Venrosh was able to recognize what had just happened and attempted to remedy the situation. Unfortunately, however, in doing so, the female leaned over and essentially pressed her breasts against the side of his face, until his ears were quivering with confused arousal.
When the feline prompted him, Jacob blurted, "Y-y-yeah, that's right! I'm not mad, Violet, I swear!" Flush with guilt and blushing quite deeply, the rabbit reached out to grasp the retreating girl's arm as he looked up at her with a friendly smile. "Please, you don't have to go. We're all friends here, aren't we?"

After Rose had responded with his own middle name, Lucas couldn't help but chuckle and take another bite from the quickly shrinking avocado. "Yeh, that's me name, Sheila, but I was mo'curious about yours. Or should I jus'call yeh, avocadah girl instead?"
Once he'd given Rose's paw a light peck, a male wolf had suddenly come up beside him wearing a stern expression on his face. The kangaroo met it with a casual, unintimidated grin though. In fact, his eyes lit up with hidden excitement as he looked the fit canine up and down. "'Eeeey... yer this beauty's brother, are yeh? Quite the impressive physique, man. Name's Lucas," he greeted, offering a friendly handshake to the steely-eyed wolf. "I bet'cher great at sports, eh Mate? You should totally come to tryouts, t'morrah. I didn'get your lovely sibling's name, but you could bring 'er long as well, if y'like! What'cha say?"

Violet calms down as both Venrosh and Jacob reassure her that there was no harm done causing her to lift her head up and smile at Venrose only to suddenly blush underneath her feathers as she gets a full blown sight line down the front of Venrosh's Blouse showing off the tantalizing upper curves of her breasts causing Violet to stare for several seconds until the familiar feeling down in her groin started to return causing Violet to blush even harder and sit back down quickly her lunch box in her lap. "I-I see...I'm glad it was just a misunderstanding." She coughs lightly looking over at Jacob only to realize he too was starting to blush and given how Venrosh was standing and where his face was Violet could completely understand.

"Deaf? That sucks. She missed my awesome laugh..." She reaches across the table to grab what was left of her lunch. "Huh? Phone? Yeah!" What she pulls out of her pocket is a really old smartphone. Like, 1st gen iPhone old. It was in a beat up rubber case and had a slightly scuffed but otherwise decent screen. She passes her number along to Julie, assuming Julie would send it to Lexy. "I can't do any of the cool games on my phone though, or most of the Facebook stuff. It's too crappy!" She seems to spike, energy-wise. She's suddenly much more subdued than a few moments ago, though that could have to do with having both of her hands (and mouth) busy. Future boyfriends may find that information useful. You know, for the sake of living with her chaos and all.

DJ nods at Katya and digs into her food again. "Yeah, I get that. Avoid more unfortunate accidents, right?" Her remark's offhand, but her tone's casual and relaxed. She didn't mean anything by it, probably just a case of minor foot-in-mouth. "Max! Right. Max. Sorry. S'hard to keep track of everyone. Got a lot of crap goin' on in my head. And a lot of people tryin' to get my attention." She picks up the cupcake, the one little treat on her plate, and holds it in Miri's direction. "Cupcake? S'chocolate or somethin' I think. I probably shouldn't have the sugar, fucks with my workout." That's not entirely true; she wouldn't have taken it if it was that bad. Just trying to make peace and all that!

Eugene just laughed again, though lightly and not as loudly now, coming down from his laughing high. He was all smiles as he winked and stuck his tongue out at Samantha before she left to, presumably, extract the sweet n' salty food from her orifice. So this creature was willing to get naked for someone she just met on the first day of school? How very interesting. Eugene made a mental note to enter that data into his tablet later, as he dug into his lunch, which he was actually finding to be quite enjoyable. By the time Samantha returned with a tray and was joined by her clone--er, creepily similar twin brother, Eugene was almost done with his lunch and ready to move on to the snacks. Popping open his bag of Doritos, he decided to interrupt the whispering, giggling (and groaning) ferrets with some small talk, directed more so at Samuel. "So, didn't work out this time, huh?"

He said he was usually good on picking up on those kinds of things; did Kaien perhaps think this because Kendall looked or sounded effeminate? The assumption made the meerkat feel nervous and he did his best to not show signs of this. "Well, um, we've been friends since kindergarten and live next door to each other, so Eddy's like family to me," Kenny said with a smile. Like Eddy, he hadn't considered that kind of thing before either, not having had an interest in girlfriends or boyfriends as of yet. He tried not to think about it too much, though.
"Yeah, I think you'll fit right in here," he added to what Eddy had said and began nibbling on his salad.

Rose smiles as Lucas uses the name she joked about for him but with it directed at her now. As she blushed and was about to give Lucas her name she see her bother walk up and glare at Lucas. She was sure he would totally go all protective brother so she looked at Lucas and smiled then back at her brother with a Don't Be A Ass look on her face. She was wondering how Lucas would react to her brother and she was pretty sure Robert would be a ass in some way, but she hoped this meeting wouldn't go bad and the two could get along at least. When Lucas commented on her brothers physique Rose snickered , she glanced at Robert and saw he no longer looked tense. She smiled as she watched Lucas and allowed herself a quick glance at Lucas's physique, Oh yeah he's cute she thought to herself.
Robert raised a brow at the complement and smirked, he had wanted to get back into sports here and was looking forward to doing something more then going home and nothing else. He looked at Rose and began to notice her watching this guy. He then looked back at the kangaroo when he heard the comment about this beauty making his eyes narrow, he wasn't to sure about this guy but he saw how Rose was smiling at him " Yeah this is my sister and her name is Rose ..... not this beauty ok? " Robert extended a paw linked to a flexed and very toned arm to Lucas in a friendly offering but with just enough squeeze to show strength "We're new here so haven't had much time to check out the sports yet. We're still unpacking...I'm planning to be there . . . not too sure about Rose though."
Rose was VERY quickly to announce "I'll be there ! Not gonna miss my bro get his butt kicked."
Robert just sighed and rolled his eyes
Venrosh smiled as the danger was defused, she sat back down and with a smile ruffled Jacobs fur on his head. She smiled to Violet and took a deep breath as a very pleased look came to her face. She watched Jacob for a moment then looked at Violet to ask her a question and noticed she too had the same look, she tilted her head as she watched them was then sure of it, the looks on their faces were so much the same. She placed her hands on the bench as she leaned forward, this action once again gave a rather nice view of her cleavage as her arm position pressed them together. "Tis everything ok my friends? You both seem rather........plexed?" Venrosh's look was sincere but she seemed completely clueless of what she was doing.

Despite Lucas' offer being an unintentional test for the two wolves, their responses were both exactly what he'd hoped to hear. Less so from the brother, of course. The kangaroo was far more interested in Rose's blunt announcement that she'd come. That alone was enough to make Lucas beam like he'd just won the lottery. He barely acknowledged Robert's very subtle warning, but he did sense a twinge of inner animosity when the wolf chose to squeeze his paw during their handshake. The canine was strong, no doubt, but rather than make that moment a battle of strength, Lucas instead countered the crushing pressure just enough to keep the bones of his knuckles from grinding together.
Afterwards, the marsupial flexed his paw and shook it as he playfully commented, "Y'got a strong grip there, Mate!" As he always did, he shrugged off the inherent hostility of other males he considered equals. Near as he could tell the teen was defensive of his sister, which was cute, but hardly an obstacle. More of a challenge really. And he accepted it with all the charm he was blessed with. "So it's Rose, issit? 'Ow appropriate. A beau'iful creature named aftah a beau'iful flowah." With a dramatic bow towards the girl, and a hearty salute to the boy, Lucas said, "Well, i's been fun, an' I got places t'be. But I look fo'wards to seeing you both at practice. Bright 'an early. Until then."
With a final bite of the avocado and a discrete wink towards Rose, the kangaroo finished off the fruit and made his departure, followed by his other teammates and a few fans shortly after leaving the cafeteria. Those that remained however, targeted Robert and Rose instead. Mostly a bunch of girls from another table swiftly took up residence at theirs, but they were quite forward about asking questions pertaining to the wolves and their relationship with Lucas.

Though he was able to visibly relax when Violet finally understood, Jacob was still anxious. He might've solved one issue, but there were still others floating around in his head. At the very top of course was he concerns regarding those twins, but they seemed less like bullies and more like sex-addicts. Certainly their conversations suggested as much, and Samuel's flashing of his genitals only confirmed that in the rabbit's mind. But he couldn't shake that lingering, mental image. And whenever he wasn't thinking about the ferret's junk, the blushing buck was staring at Venrosh's bosom instead.
She'd just made them pillow up again too, right before asking him and Violet together what was wrong. It was only at that moment that Jacob realized he was even making an expression at all. His face quivered for a moment and he stiffened on the spot, turning to look up at the taller, brightly-coloured mix-breed. He got the chance to see her expression just before she too was distracted by the question. In that instant, his curiosity peaked and his ears perked up. Turning to glance back at Venrosh, he then subtly--aka, quite obviously--leaned toward Violet and whispered, "Do you... like girls too?"
Almost immediately after, Jacob laughed out loud nervously and smiled awkwardly at the feline. He knew the words to use, but uttering them wasn't so easy.
"Ah-ha-hah--well, it's just... Y-you're so pretty. Uhm--th-that's all," he stuttered, blushing and inevitably looking away to remove and anxiously clean the lenses of his glasses.

Violet just sits back and gets herself under control giving Venrosh a soft smile. "You are quite pretty and your clothing only accent that beauty." She says before going to take a bite out of her Celery/tuna fish stick Jacobs soft spoken question causing her to give a soft chuckle and reply in a similar tone. "I like both males and females Jacob." She gives them both a grin "I'm glad you both have welcomed me and I hope we can be friends." For a moment she wanted to go ahead and tell them but then she remembers how quickly her last "Friends" had abandoned her when her secret got out the first time causing her to remain quiet...though anyone that happened to look under the table at this moment might see a bulge in her skirt where there shouldn't be one.

The twins look at each other, then sigh, looking back at Eugene. "You can say that again." They said in unison, Samantha plopping her elbows on the table before resting her jaw on them, looking frustrated all the while. Samuel just kind of...retreated a bit, wincing as he tries to discretely tend to his own eggs. Yeah, he was definitely still hurting.
"Fucken' hell. Pretty much all we got left is the funny-talkin' cat and the burd..."
"Nff. And they're over there with the rabbit who kicked me..."
"Shame that Robinson moved away. He was fun."
"Yeah-nngh. Dude knew how to party."
They spoke more to each other than out loud, but at this rate...they were simply starting to not care. Did someone friggin' neuter everyone else over the summer? Samantha looks at Eugene again, just turning her eyes.
"So why do you ask? You're obviously not interested. Well, unless my brother's more what you're into-"
"No. Just...not right now, Sam."
Samantha furrows her brow and looks at Samuel, opening her mouth to say something...but she just sighs and plops her chin back into her hands.
"This sucks."

Now that the Hot Topic wannabe wasn't watching, Alex managed to get a bit more of his food down...but then stops after a few more bites, simply dropping his fork. He had the urge to just...throw it aside, but he withheld himself. He does turn to the active blur of red/orange rodent again for a bit, though, tilting his head to the side a bit. Seriously, did this girl have no damn 'off' button?
"You're stupid. Even that spaz knows you're stupid. Everyone knows you're stupid."
Alex shakes his head a bit, sneering some as he just...abandons the tray, placing his hands in his hoodie's pockets as he rather hurriedly moves out of the cafeteria. He takes the shortest possible route, heading for the doors that lead to the back of the school. He pulls out a pair of earbuds, plugging them into his ears before hitting a button on his phone - trying to wash out the noise...

"Ah- I was born overseas, but I didn't entirely grow up there." Kaien corrects the more excitable of the meerkats, smiling still. "I've been state-side almost my entire life." His smile becomes a smirk as he changes tongue - speaking in Japanese for his next bit. "But I did pick up a little.~" He giggles a bit, taking a sip from his drink and then a bite from the offered sandwich. "Still, thank you. And I certainly do hope I'll fit in! Being the odd one out's no fun..." He says, raising a brow and looking over his shoulder at the scraggly coon that just left the cafeteria. "...Case and point." He shakes his head a bit, looking back to the two. "Anyways, I'd love to hang out! Name the time 'n place, and lemmie know if I need to bring anything."

Katya just remained her quiet, stoic self. She began to open her mouth in response to DJ's comment - but opts not to say anything, instead returning to what little of her food was left. She does glance at the mouse again, though, pausing for a moment. "...Relax." That's all she had to say to Miri before she grabbed her own plate, lifting it and just...scraping what was left into her mouth. She easily chews it and swallows, then downs the rest of her drink and sighs. She remains quiet for a bit, but then works up the nerve, looking at DJ. "...Did ya see the the body work my dad and I did on my truck?" She recalled seeing DJ looking at it a few times last year...

Chocolate cupcake? Miri couldn't resist chocolate, so when DJ offered it to her, she looked on in wonder, hardly able to contain her craving for it. When Katya told her to relax, it didn't help at all of course; if she knew how, she would do it, wouldn't she? But at least she wasn't being mean or trying to sound threatening. The mouse gingerly reached out for the sweet offering, uttering a meek "Th-thank you."
'Oh no, do I look or sound like a girl?' Max took another bite of their food. 'Oh yeah, he's cute' Max chewed, their eyes glazing over. '...Everyone knows you're stupid.' The civet shook their head and absent-mindedly drank their milk, it dribbling down their chin and all over their whiskers. "Ah!" They scrambled quickly for a napkin, hoping they hadn't looked like a complete fool. Miri giggled at this, covering her mouth shyly.

Lexy's lips spread into a wide grin as she giggled silently, nodding at Julie's 'hyper' comment.
'I can tell,' she texted back.
'Norway? I've heard things about it, but we haven't visited there yet. Maybe I'll get to see your country someday. Btw, I'm from Australia!' She typed out the country's full name to avoid confusion. Julie had sent Casey's number to Lexy, and she added her too, sending a smiley to the squirrel. She then looked at the lonely sandwich which still remained in her lunch box, and sent a text to the both of them.
'Please help! I really don't want my sandwich. Help me trade it with someone for something yummy?'

Venrosh blinked and sat up straight then looked down at herself, then rather began to study her clothing for only a minute before looking back at both of then as a bright smile crossed her lips. A single breath may have passed before Venrosh gave Jacob a big hug and pulling him against her chest. Jacob could hear her very loud purring as she held him " Oh thou are so kind ." She then released him but not before giving him a quick kiss on the cheek. She then got up from the bench and with two steps moved behind Violet and gave her a big hug from behind. "Thank thee as well thou are both too kind." as with Jacob she gave Violet a soft kiss on a cheek as she seemed to be beaming with glee. As she teased the feathers on Violets head her ears perked up, she looked up for playing with Violets feathers to see Alex hurriedly leaving the cafeteria. Her eyes narrowed as she watched him leave, as soon as he had left she watched the door he went through for a moment before leaning down between the two new friends and one armed hugging them both with her between them pulling them both towards her. she seemed stronger then her fancy clothing showed. "Please be so very kind to watch my items, if thee wishes thou both may partake of my dessert." With that Venrosh moved quickly out of the same way Alex had gone leaving the cafeteria through, and then followed him at a distance behind him.
Robert watched Lucas leaving and as the sudden flood of new faces came to the table he and Rose were then the battery of questions, Robert did his best to answer and be polite. And tried very hard to get it past that they were new here and they had just met Lucas. As questions were being asked and he was feeling less able to answer them he looked to Rose for help but found she wasn't there. Robert glanced around to see if he could see her anywhere.
Rose was swift to slip away from the table as it sunk into the mob of people and questions. She hefted up her pack and headed out of the cafeteria, she smiled at the hyper warp speed Casey as she passed by. She looked at the group where Lexy was and smiled. She even smiled and nodded to the table where the ferret twins were. The day started out horrid and evil but now this school was looking pretty damn good. Leaving the cafeteria Rose looked at her class list and sighed Arrrgh PE the most evil class made. her tail drooped a little but how bad could it be hmm? Besides tomorrow was going to be great!

Violet was shocked to say the least at the Touch of Venrosh to even make a comment and by the time she had recovered Venrosh had already left leaving her with Jacob. "Well that was...interesting but I think we just got ditched for someone else." She says watching Venrosh slip out of the lunch room following someone who she didn't recognize.
