Personality: Is timid, polite, reliable and mature for for his age; is really hypervigilant about his privacy and personal space; is superior in science and math; spends a lot of time studying; hates carelessness and irresponsibility (however, is sympathetic when it comes to Eddy).
Appearance: Green eyes, auburn-brown hair, typical meerkat coloration and markings. Wears glasses and likes to wear collared, button-up shirts. Usually wears a dark green vest or sweater.

Appearance: Brown eyes, light beige hair similar to fur color, small mowhawk, dresses in mostly t-shirts and commonly beat-up jeans. hoodies in the winter. sometimes tests the schools dress code limits.

Personality: Very gregarious, friendly, and outgoing. Fairly blatantly gay, seeks positive attention and takes great lengths to avoid negative confrontations.
Appearance: Very lean, if not bordering on scrawny. Well-groomed, tends to dye his hair blue. Sometimes wears small earrings.

Name: Julie Lund
Age: 16
Gender: Female
Species: "Domestic" Cat, Shorthair
Height: 5'2"
Personality: Very confused but trying to adapt. She often appears distant and seems to remember her own history and childhood differently from others. She is new to the school as her mother moved here from Trondheim, Norway. Is generally awkward and evasive but as she gets used to her situations she will likely warm up to them. Is somewhat confused about her gender, as well.
Appearance: Short and skinny, has all black fur except a thin line of it on her cheek where a scar formed and started to grow a different colour fur. She wears baggy jeans, an equally baggy t-shirt, and a military style jacket that is definitely too big for her(probably meant for someone at least 6 inches taller than her). Also wears a sort of glowing violet tube on a necklace. Has vibrant yellow eyes and long, dark hair.

Personality: Rather cold and grumpy, Katya doesn't socialize much - and most students are afraid to socialize with her after an incident with another student and the bumper of said student's car. Combined with her physicality, she tends to be a loner, often preferring peace and solitude over potentially aggravating situations that can set off her species' legendary temper.

Name: Alex J. Thorne
Age: 15

Species: Raccoon
Height: 5'5
Personality: Complete and utter introvert. Alex is moody, grim, anti-social, and can generally be a bit of a dick. However, he doesn't go looking for trouble; it just usually ends up finding him. A boy of few words - at least openly spoken ones, preferring to curse under his breath or reply with scathing remarks. Borderline obsessed with darker - if not outright macabre - subject matters, he's that kid who's a little more than familiar with the counselor's office. Massive fan of Dethklok, too.
Appearance:



Scrawny, borderline malnourished/emaciated-looking - which is only exacerbated by his tall height for his age. Numerous visible scars criss-cross his body, a higher concentration on his arms, leading him to wear long-sleeved shirts, hoodies, and jackets when he can get away with it. Most of his clothing is in poor condition, many of them bearing a rip, tear, or stain of some sort - and not always being clean, none of which help to improve his social standing. Despite his tattered attire, he owns a (somewhat dated) smartphone - which he usually indulges himself in in order to avoid interaction, when possible. What he does on that thing, though, is anyone's guess, given he always hides the screen.

Position: School Counselor

Species: Wolverine
Height: 6'7"

Personality: Cheerful, friendly, and understanding. Basically the school dad, he's always trying to buddy up to the students, join them in their various activities, and even sometimes invites them out for after-school trips to the mall, or the arcade, or some other place he thinks they'd enjoy going. He's one of those teachers that isn't all that awkward to see outside of school. Except for, you know, the embarrassment. He takes his position as "school dad" very seriously, and with it comes the puns, dad jokes, and trying WAY too hard to be "hip". He certainly means well regardless.

Appearance: Big and tall, a deep rumbling voice, and thick, soft fur hiding a muscular physique. On more than one occasion he's been mistaken for a bear, and he could very well give some of them a run for their money. In the end it's just natural genetics and a moderate fitness schedule, and he's more likely to hand out hugs than naps. He sports orange eyes, a dark brown fur base, and markings fading to a lighter tan. He's also starting to show his age, some grey leaking in around his muzzle, ears, and chest. Turning into a silver fox, it seems! When caught dealing with paperwork, he's probably wearing a set of reading glasses.

Personality: Friendly but a little shy around someone new, love to play guitar and just get lost in the music. Once she knows someone and see's them as a friend she is open and can be seen as a tomboy to a point, DOES NOT talk about her father. lives with her mother and twin brother Robert.
Appearance: Long hair normally tied back reddish coat with soft white belly and jawline, lean but not weak, small breasted wears t-shirts and baggie jeans likes her boots and an old sleeveless long coat with doodles all over it that she has done when she gets bored.

Position: Earth Science Teacher

Species: "Domestic" Longhair Cat
Height: 5'5"
Personality: Extremely dry and sarcastic with her humour but is consistently passionate about teaching and about the very subjects that she teaches. Has a particular passion for astrophysical science but also for most others. Is one of those "cool teachers" that is lenient and that you can really speak your mind around. Only ever gave a detention to a student who called another a freak and other cruel names.
Appearance: Has predominantly white fur with patches of grey-tabby fur. Has long, medium-brown hair and grey/white eyes. Wears sunglasses nearly all the time, which is usually against the teacher's dress code, but she is a special case because she is blind and sensitive about the appearance of her eyes. Has long fur that she regularly brushes(outside of school, obviously) or else it would get tangled.

Personality: Strong will rather blunt and rough , can be quick to act without thinking things through first. Loyal and protective of his friends and his twin sister Rose. Can sometimes (a lot) get caught off guard with big words (this pisses him off) plays an acoustic bass guitar with his sister at times
Appearance: Tall and lean but well defined and strong, dark grey and almost black fur with a four-point star on his chest, left ear tip droops a little, Has deep blue eyes. Wears loose camo pants or pants like them, pockets, pockets, unlaced army boots with a leather spiked bracelet around the left boot. Likes his black t-shirts.

Name: Delilah Jay (DJ)

Personality: She's a sports jock, through and through. Anything that involves a good workout she's a part of. Despite her age and still being in school she doesn't give off the impression of someone who's a little slow, especially since she's often seen talking with teachers and sometimes picking up work not normally assigned in class. She's quick to anger, but slow to violence. Sure she's aggressive, she certainly has a competitive spirit, but she keeps it on the field. Does not tolerate bullying. Ever.

Appearance: Golden yellow fur with darker brown and black spots, bright blue eyes. She's toned and defined, she's fit, pretty much what you'd expect from someone who spends a lot of time working out, playing any sport they can get their hands on, and generally being physically active. She's usually seen some combination of a t-shirt, a tank top, a crop top, a sports bra, jeans, sweat pants, or workout shorts. Or a jersey, if team practice is happening that day.

Additional Details: A chunk of her life is general knowledge, especially given that she seems fairly open about it. She lives in a trailer on the edge of town with a single, unemployed father, who was divorced in her junior year. She works an after-school job at a local burger joint to scrounge for whatever money she can. She was held back in her senior year due to failing most of her classes (failed exams, lack of homework turn-in, etc), and now spends an extra hour or two every day with various teachers or the school counselor. She's been seen going into or coming out of the music classroom on several occasions, but doesn't have any instruments. There are other details about her that students may also know given certain circumstances or their amount of time at the school. Feel free to ask!

Personality: She is new to the school, having recently moved with her hippie family, and is still learning the "language". She is sweet, gentle, and has an amazingly positive outlook on life. Is introverted, a daydreamer, and often lonely. She is a collectivist and values the group. Likes texting on her smartphone.
Appearance: She has white fur, a pink nose and paw pads with liver-colored spots, button ears, a feathered tail, fluffy white hair styled in a shaggy bob, and starburst blue eyes. Always wears an oversized cardigan. What she wears underneath the cardigan varies, but is usually cute and girly. She also takes her smartphone and note pad everywhere with her. She wears glasses when reading.

Species: Red Squirrel
Height: 4'4"

Personality: Energetic, spazzy, and confident. Oh, and easily distracted. Casey's a girl that does what she wants, and if she's doing what she's told, it's because she likes you. She has very little fear of authority, given or assumed, and has gotten up in the face of people much larger than her many times in the past. Never underestimate a spunky little firecracker!

Appearance: "I'm a lean, mean, fightin' machine!" She's slim, she's fast, she's tiny, she's cute, and she uses it all. She's probably mistaken for a middle-school student on occasion, even by teachers. Reddish brown fur, strawberry blonde hair, green eyes, and a big toothy smile. Her tail's absolutely massive, and it's possible half her weight comes from it alone.

Additional Details: Parents moved from Ireland. She was born and raised in the US, so she has almost no Irish accent other than a faint pronunciation tinge from her parents. Also maybe some swear words.
